A research from the prestigious British magazine The Economist examined the quality of life in 140 cities throughout the world and placed Buenos Aires as the best city in Latin America to live in.
The analysis judged the quality of life basing itself in five variables - sanitary conditions, culture, environment, education and infrastructure and it assigned relative points to other 30 qualitative and quantitative factors. This way, Buenos Aires resulted as the top one among the Latin American cities. Below were Chile, Montevideo and Rio de Janeiro.
