  • Values and beliefs; organization and context.
  • Organizational goals and personal goals: conflict, change. Nature of the change, approaches, levels of change. Roles and attitudes.
  • Sociology of Power in the organizations.
  • Organizational diagnosis: assessment of the organizational atmosphere.
  • Models of organizational change: strategies of change and communication, change plan; resistance, new forms of work organization.
  • Knowledge and information based organizations: the intellectual resource as a competitive advantage, forms and creation of knowledge; knowledge management models; innovation. Collaborative work.
  • Organizational learning: networking; the experience as an asset, the support of technology.
  • Intra-organizational communication and management.
